True Communicators
Rooster, the horse in the original header photo for the blog, is showing off his superior communication skills. Can you guess what he's trying to say?
Rooster has only been with me since August, and I've already found he's a pretty transparent guy. For a coming-four-year old, he sure knows what he wants and when he wants it. Horses have amazing body language—after all, they don't get together at Starbucks to discuss their feelings. It's up to humans to learn to read their body language, too, to stay out of trouble and generally get along.
I find parallels between equine communication and human/business communication all the time. If you're not a horse person already, you just might be after following this blog for a while.
